Emma coordinates Elevate’s many M&E activities and initiatives. He recently spearheaded Elevate’s internal impact evaluation, from baseline to endline.
Emma has nine years of experience supporting rigorous research projects in the education, health and political sectors. He previously worked as Field Supervisor with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) and worked as a Uganda Client Manager for Grow Movement/London Business School (LBS) in their Uganda research study.
Emma holds a BS in Computer Science from Makerere University, a Post Graduate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute, and a Certificate in Research Methods from the Uganda Technology and Management University.
