Diana Winter

Associate Director for Program Strategy & Evaluation

Diana has multiple years of experience working with international development organizations and educational institutions to translate research and evaluation data into program design. Before her transition to Elevate, Diana worked at Georgetown University’s Center for Social Justice, where she managed a mixed-methods study of a social-emotional learning interventions in Washington, D.C. Public Schools. She was also a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia, where she implemented education projects focused on English-language acquisition and gender equality, and a Senior Research Assistant at AidData, where she worked with development partners to understand their impact and influence on policymaking in low- and middle-income countries. Diana holds an MA in Global Human Development from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, with specializations in Education and Human Capital and Quantitative Analysis and Evaluation.
